Which senior certificates do you cover?
HSC (NSW), VCE (Victoria), QCE (Queensland), SACE (South Australia) and WACE (Western Australia), plus the Australian Curriculum for F–10 and NAPLAN preparation. Each state assesses differently, so tutors are matched to your state rather than to a generic Year 11–12 course.
How does tutoring affect the ATAR?
The ATAR is a rank, not a score — it is calculated from scaled study scores across your best subjects, so improving a subject that scales well can move the rank more than the same improvement elsewhere. We factor scaling into where lesson time goes, while being clear that no tutor can promise a particular rank.
Do you help with SACs, assessment tasks and internal marks?
Yes. In VCE especially, School-Assessed Coursework carries substantial weight and lands throughout the year, so lessons are planned around the assessment calendar rather than treating everything as exam revision to be done in October.
Can you support selective school and scholarship tests?
We prepare students for selective high school placement and independent-school scholarship testing — reading, mathematical reasoning, thinking skills and writing. Formats differ between states and between individual schools, so tell us which tests you are sitting.
Do lessons run in Australian time zones?
Yes — AEST/AEDT, ACST and AWST, with after-school and evening slots, and extra availability in the lead-up to trials and the final exam period.
Do you tutor the IB in Australia?
Yes. A number of Australian schools offer the IB Diploma as an alternative to the state certificate, and we tutor the full Diploma including HL and SL subjects, Theory of Knowledge and the Extended Essay.
